So tell me, are you affraid of your self?

Are you affraid of seing HOW powerful you are?

It's very understandable, but let me assure you, it's only temporary. If you keep pushing forward then one day you will find you have conquered these obstachles. I know it, I've been there my self. Not daring to go into anything I knew was good because I was scared of success. It's morbid isn't it. On one hand you hunger for success and when you find it you do not dare to touch it because it really scares you.

My advice: Just do it, Conquer your demons!

No one CAN do this for you. You WILL have to do it your self.

When you are on the other site, you will laugh at your self and your silly ideas. Then and not until then, you will be able to do and understand what it is your mind is telling you.

For instance, I had the idea that I should be doing MLM and affiliate business and worked on that for years and used a lot of money, energy and the most pressious of all my assets, my time. The only thing that does never come back.

Then one day I listened to my spirit that was screaming NO to me and had done for some time. I just didn't listen. I was so focussed on MLM and what it was I had to do to become successful.

After I decided to listen things have changed.

Who cares if it is highly spoken of. If you don't understand it, you wount make it!

It will be much better to look around and use the time you need too, to find what 'talks' to you. Yes I mean 'talks to you'. Because that is what will make you listen and understand!

So how can I go there?

The work on changing my mindset for years has only brought me forward in very small steps and I feel that I might never get there. Why? Because with the speed of the progress so far my life is simply not long enought!

What I need is my personal Anthony Robbins within reach of an armlength! Luckely for me I can watch him where and whenever I want and need. It's not neccesary to have him right next to me. He is so big so moving so alive that alone to watch and listen to his recording can moove everything and help me change my mindset!

So yes, progressing and the changing of ones mindset will make us feel alive.

It took a few thoughts to come up with the final ansver
which for me define the perfect health.

I don't mean health in a 'you become what you eat' manner.

I will short it down to a very short sentence:
This is how I define The perfect health:

"Physical, psychological and Social well-being".

To me it's neccesary to have all 3 included.

If you are in a poor physical condition - it's not perfect!

If you are in a poor psychological condition - it's not perfect!

If you have no circle of acquaintances - it's not perfect!

If just one of these are absent - it's not perfect!
